Right adnexa contain heterogenous calcified mass >75x56mm & other lobulated calcified mass >100x66mm seen in the left adnexa , picture mostly of bilateral ovarian mature Terato-dermoid cysts , please for further study (Plain X-Ray of the pelvic for calcifications )
· Small amount of free pelvic fluid , history of recent surgery
