in  the left sided  of the isthmus presence of two hypoechoic masses , size 3.2×3.3mm, it has indistinct margin , suspicious nodule can not be exclude for further study       ,   the other mass 3.6×2.4mm more regular , mostly lymph node ,   please for further study  TIRADS U4
