Uterus removed , with presence of collected heterogenous fluid 27x14mm in the bed , contain air , could be abscess ? please for further study to exclude other pathology

Diffuse edema with Increase nuchal translucency 6.7mm , hypoplastic nasal bone , picture mostly of hydrops fetalis with chromosomal anomaly , please for further study  CRL= 12w+6d
