Bulky size, A/V uterus, endometrial lining thickness 3.6mm, displaced by submucosal intramural hyper vascular hypoechoic solid mass size about 33x31mm, could be fibroid ? , focal adenomyosis? , for further study to exclude other pathology.
Both ovaries are enlarged in size, with increase stromal echogenicity, follicles (more than 30 in number in each ovary), their sizes less than 5mm, in favors of polycystic like ovaries, should be correlated with clinical picture & hormonal assay
