Right ovarian avascular cystic mass size 75x41mm mostly physiological , with adjacent right adnexal mass size about 33x28mm , picture mostly of twisted ovarian pedicle? but ectopic pregnancy cannot be excluded , please for further study , also associated with small amount of free pelvic fluid <10ml mostly reactionary

Evidence of 8 X 7cm cystic lesion posterior to uterus, it has enhanced part in lateral part “possibly twisted vessels and ligaments”, associated with mild pelvic free fluid, picture suggestive of complicated Rt ovarian cyst with torsion, for US correlation
