Right ovarian multilocular vascular (score 3)  mass size about 107x71mm , no extension to surrounded tissue , nor lymph node , nor ascitis , Border line ovarian tumor ?? please for further study <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Left ovary atrophied , no dominate follicle , no mass <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No adnexal mass       <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No free pelvic fluid <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Total abdominal hystrectomy + bilateral salpingoopherectomy+ staging surgery done for her on 6\/5\/2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

HPE: RESULT <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right ovary:
Tumor type: Low grade serous carcinoma arising in borderline serous tumor
Tumor pattern: invasive micropapillary
Nuclear atypia: Mild to moderate
Tumor size: 8.5cm
Capsule integrity: intact
Exophytic surface tumor proliferation: Not present
Lymphovascular invasion: Not present
Stromal invasion: Present
Endometrium: atrophy, not involved by the tumor
Myometrium: adenomyosis, not involved by the tumor
Perimetrium surface: not involved by the tumor
Left ovary: unremarkable pathology, not involved by the tumor
Left fallopian tube: paratubal cysts, Walthard cell rests. not involved by the tumor
Right fallopian tube: paratubal cysts, Walthard cell rests, not involved by the tumor
Ectocervix: Nabothian cyst, no atypia, not involved by the tumor
Endocervix: chronic non specific cervicitis, not involved by the tumor
Cervical distal resection margin: tumor free
Omentum: 2 lymph nodes and fatty tissue with fibrotic calcified nodule: tumor free
Right para iliac lymph nodes: 20LNs all are tumor free
Left para iliac lymph nodes: 15 LNs all are tumor free
Para aortic lymph nodes: 7LNs all are tumor free
Peritoneal fluid wash: negative for malignancy
