Normal size uterus, endometrial lining thickness 5.7mm, with presence of echogenic curve  foci within the uterine cavity nearly at the internal os 6mm in length , could be calcified endometritis, or could be calcified retain piece, please for follow up, clear endo-myometrial junctional zone, the myometrial layer is heterogeneous in texture, no fibroid
