Normal size, A/V uterus, endometrial lining thickness 7.6mm, the upper cavity contain isoechoic avascular lesion 8×5.6mm, arised from the upper anterior wall , could be polyp , for further study to exclude other pathology , with presence of about 3 intramural fibroids , two of them are calcified , there size are <10mm , the other anterior 18x18mmm
