Multiple congenital anomaly seen , brain show hydrocephaly , lumbosacral myelomeningocele 18x19mm , both hips and femurs are abducted with flexed both legs , and both feet show rocking feet morphology , both hands are also fisted , mostly Arnold Chiari Malformation type 2 ?? or other congenital anomaly , for further study ( genetic study )
