Patient presented with epigastric and upper abdominal pain for one day duration she is pregnant 3 months

U/S : Gall bladder : distended , contain stone 9mm ,  full with heterogenous fluid , contain multiple honeycomb septations , also associated with  pericholecystic edema 3.5mm ,  picture mostly of acute on chronic cholecystitis , please for further study  normal common bile duct
