At right iliac fossa , Presence of ill defined area (contain air ) its size 52x24mm , around the bowel loop , associated with small amount of free pelvic fluid , picture could be phlegm with acute appendicitis ? or inflammation ? or inflamed bowel loop ? , please for further study to exclude other pathology
