    Mild hydrocephaly , maximum diamter of the posterior atrium of the lateral ventricles 16mm  Also mild dilated  Third ventricle diamter  4.7mm  , no dilated 4th ventricle seen  , mostly due to mild stenosis at Sylvuis aqueduct   Associated with presence of  of heterogenous mass 10x6mm , extruded from the brain tissue in the occipital region ,
