Left lobe = 24x60x20mm
Isthmus = 12mm, contain benign look nodule , its size 17x11mm
The gland diffusely has lobulated outline, geographic heterogenous multiple hypo-echoic areas, ill-defined nodules < 3mm in sizes, with inter-digitating fibrosis, interrupted capsule, Picture of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis , left lobe contain ill distinct margin mass , its size 18.5×15.5mm, bulging the capsule , with irregular lateral margin , vascular on color Doppler , contain microcalcification , other two adjacent hypoechoic irregular masses are seen 11.8×7.8mm (also contain microcalcifications) & 4.7×3.8mm , all are mostly suspicious TIRADS 4 , please for further study
All the gland is mobile (no fixation)
No bilateral pathological or suspicious cervical lymphadenopathy seen
