Both ovaries are enlarged in sizes, with increase stromal echogenicity, multiple small follicles > 25 in number, in each ovary, their sizes less than 5mm, with presence of single corpus luteum in the right ovary, its size 15mm, in favors of polycystic like ovaries, should be correlated with clinical picture & hormonal assay
No adnexal mass
Small amount of free pelvic fluid seen, ovulation??
