A para 3 woman with a history of 3 cesarean sections presented with abdominal pain. Ultrasound findings are as follows:
(Presence of left adnexal mass contain long irregular echogenic shadow with acoustic shadow behind , its size >80mm , could be (air shadow ) , abscess , or bowel mass , or foreign body , others ? )
Abdominal CT With IV & Rectal Contrast
- Evidence of 9 X 7cm thick wall pelvic collection, contains gas, and linear metallic structure, markedly compressing sigmoid colon with edema in the wall, no leak of rectal contrast to collection, multiple inflammatory LNs, picture is suggestive of gossipbyoma.
