Left adnexal multilocular (< 10) cystic mass > 119x70mm, no extension to surrounding tissue, no ascites, no lymph node, mostly benign, for further study, low grade tumor cannot be excluded
Histopathology Report
GROSS :
Single opened cyst and disrupted measures 7×1.5×0.1cm, having grey-tan and hemorrhagic surfaces.
The entire specimen submitted for processing in 5 cassettes.
DIAGNOSIS :
Left ovarian cystectomy:
Mucinous cyst adenoma with focal epithelial proliferation.
No microinvasion is seen.
No nuclear atypia is seen.
