Bulky size, R/V uterus, endometrial lining thickness 13mm, with presence of isoechoic mass 36x12mm , within the cavity and nearly at level of interval os , incomplete abortion ? submucosal fibroid ? please for further study ill-defined endo-myometrial junctional zone, hypertrophy & asymmetry of the junctional myometrial layer, with presence few small cystic within the junctional layer, picture mostly of adenomyosis changes
· Right ovary contain avascular circumscribed cystic mass 38x38mm , mostly physiological, for follow up
· Left ovary normal in size, no mature nor dominant follicle
· No adnexal mass
· No free pelvic fluid seen
